Following the testing outcomes, WG is implementing adjustments to American battleships Volunteer State/Tennessee and Pan-American battleships Ipiranga, Los Andes, and Libertad

  VIII Ipiranga Ship Page

• Ship engine parameters changed. Acceleration characteristics significantly improved. The ships will now have similar acceleration to that found on Vermont and St. Vincent.
• Access to Propulsion Modification 1, this was removed due to it becoming redundant.

  IX Los Andes Ship Page

• Ship engine parameters changed. Acceleration characteristics significantly improved. The ships will now have similar acceleration to that found on Vermont and St. Vincent.
• Access to Propulsion Modification 1, this was removed due to it becoming redundant.

  X Libertad Ship Page

• Ship engine parameters changed. Acceleration characteristics significantly improved. The ships will now have similar acceleration to that found on Vermont and St. Vincent.
• Access to Propulsion Modification 1, this was removed due to it becoming redundant.

  VIII Tennessee Ship Page

• Ship accuracy reverted to original values. It is now similar to most cruisers in our game.
• Added Defensive AA Fire consumable with the following parameters:
  • Number of Consumables: 4
  • Consumable Action Time: 40s
  • Cooldown Time: 80s
  • Continuous AA damage: +50%
  • Shell Explosion damage: +300%
