Buffs 'n' Nerfs to Francesco Ferruccio, Michelangelo, Picardie, Independence, Yorktown, and Essex - Closed Test 12.9

Based on testing results WG have made changes to the following ships: Francesco Ferruccio, Michelangelo, Picardie, Independence, Yorktown, and Essex.

CT 12.9 Changes to  VII F. Ferruccio Ship Page Image

• Main battery guns reload time increased: 9.5 to 12s.
• Exhaust Smoke Generator consumable parameters were changed:
  • Action time reduced: 40 to 22s.

CT 12.9 Changes to  IX Michelangelo Ship Page Image

• 90mm Secondary guns reload time increased: 3.5 to 4.2s.
• 152mm Secondary guns reload time increased: 8 to 9.6s.
• Hydroacoustic Search consumable parameters were changed:
  • Action time reduced: 120 to 100s.
  • Range of assured acquisition of ships reduced: 6 to 5km.
  • Range of assured acquisition of torpedoes reduced: 4 to 3.5km.

CT 12.9 Changes to  VIII Picardie Ship Page Image

• HE shell maximum damage reduced: 4050 to 3500.
• HE shell fire chance reduced: 17 to 15%.
• AP shell maximum damage reduced: 8000 to 7450.

CT 12.9 Changes to  VI Independence Ship Page Image

• Stock Bomber parameters were changed:
  • HP increased: 2290 to 2510.
  • Bomb damage reduced: 6200 to 5600.
  • All other parameters were adjusted accordingly.
• Researchable Bomber parameters were changed:
  • HP increased: 2400 to 2640
  • Bomb damage reduced: 6200 to 5600.
  • All other parameters were adjusted accordingly.
• Patrol Fighters consumable parameters were changed:
  • Number of fighters increased from 3 to 5.
  • Action radius increased by 14%

• Researchable Torpedo bomber parameters were changed:
  • Maximum torpedo damage reduced: 5067 to 3633
  • All other parameters are adjusted accordingly.
• Stock Bomber parameters were changed:
  • HP increased: 2520 to 2760.
  • Bomb damage reduced: 6200 to 5600.
  • All other parameters are adjusted accordingly.
• Researchable Bomber parameters were changed:
  • HP increased: 2630 to 2890.
  • Bomb damage reduced: 6200 to 5600
  • All other parameters were adjusted accordingly.
• Patrol Fighters consumable parameters were changed:
  • Number of fighters increased from 5 to 7.
  • Action radius increased by 14%

• Researchable Torpedo bomber parameters were changed:
  • Maximum torpedo damage increased: 5933 to 6433.
  • All other parameters were adjusted accordingly.
• Stock Bomber parameters were changed:
  • HP increased: 2750 to 3010.
• Researchable Bomber parameters were changed:
  • HP increased: 2860 to 3140
• Patrol Fighters consumable parameters were changed:
  • Number of fighters increased from 7 to 9.
  • Action radius increased by 14%

Based on the testing results, WG are also making a change to the parameters of the Improved Repair Party Readiness skill.

• Amount of potential damage required to receive +1 charge of the Repair Party consumable reduced: 3,000,000 to 2,000,000. 

Changes to Francesco Ferruccio and Independence, as well as Patrol Fighter changes to Yorktown and Essex, will be present only on the Public Test server for now, as these changes will be live with the start of Update 12.10.

 

All stats are listed without crew and upgrade modifiers but with best available modules. The stats are subject to change at any time.
