WG have adjusted the parameters of some ships based on testing results. The changes will be applied to Soviet aircraft carriers.

Fixed an error that caused stock torpedo bombers and skip bombers to be more effective than the researchable ones:
Stock torpedo bombers:
> Amount of HP increased from 1,220 to 1,280.
> Cruise speed reduced from 108 to 99 knots.
Stock skip bombers:
> Amount of HP decreased from 1,710 to 1,140.
Researchable torpedo bombers:
> Amount of HP increased from 1,220 to 1,340.
> Cruise speed increased from 87 to 108 knots.
> Aircraft restoration time increased from 67 to 68.
