15.7: Pan-American Destroyers in Early Access

The Pan-American destroyers line enters Early Access in Update 15.7. The branch consists of the ships Almirante Villar, Serrano, Antioquia, Cervantes, Marcílio Dias, Cuauhtémoc, Nueva Esparta, and 20 de Julio—eight ships in total. They are AP-only, artillery-focused vessels featuring a Main Battery Reload Booster from Tier VI onward, and Combat Instructions from Tier VIII onward to further enhance gun efficiency. In exchange, they have less powerful torpedoes, and lower total speed and HP.

Alongside the line itself, the Early Access event also introduces:

The three lower-tier ships of the new line will be obtainable for free: one through the Armory's free bundle, one in a bundle unlockable via special combat mission while the event lasts, and one more in the first progression line of the Update 15.7 Event Pass.
