Based on testing results, WG are applying balance changes to Ocean, Aguirre, Błyskawica '52 and Narai.

  • HE Shell Nerf: Reduced damage (2,150 to 2,100) and fire chance (9% to 7%)
  • Impact: The ship will be less effective at starting fires and dealing damage with HE shells against both surface targets and aircraft.
  • AP Shell Nerf: Reduced damage (3,200 to 3,000)
  • Impact: The ship will deal less damage when using AP shells against broadside targets, reducing its burst damage potential.

  • Combat Instructions Rework:
    • Progress now based on main battery hits (1% per hit) instead of ship destruction
    • Progress from potential damage increased (0.2% to 0.4% per 1000 damage)
  • Impact: The ship's special ability will now reward consistent gun performance rather than kill-securing, encouraging more active gameplay.

  • Impact: The ship will have a slightly slower rate of fire, reducing its damage output over time.

  • Impact: The aircraft carrier's torpedo bombers will be more effective, dealing more damage with torpedoes that arm faster, making them harder to avoid.
