HMS Ceylon, a Crown Colony-class cruiser, served in the Pacific and Indian Oceans at the end of World War II, and in the 1950s, she participated in the Korean War and the Suez Crisis. In 1959, HMS Ceylon was sold to Peru, where she served under the name "Coronel Bolognesi" until the early 1980s.

History

HMS Ceylon was sold to the Peruvian Navy on 9 February 1960, she was then renamed Coronel Bolognesi. Coronel Bolognesi was discarded in May 1982, 3 years later she was scrapped in Taiwan in August 1985.

    1. Ceylon was launched 1943 so she played a part in WW2, her sister ship in the game in HMS Fiji.
