Complete the Azur Lane collection and get commemorative flags for finishing sub-collections. Gathering the entire collection will bring you Commander Azuma with a unique voiceover and 10 skill points. The Commander comes with a specialization for the same-name ship.

The collection is dedicated to the collaboration between World of Warships and Azur Lane. Once you've started gathering the collection, its elements can be obtained from daily containers by activating the subscription.
