* Torpedo speed increased from 55 to 64 knots;
* Torpedo range reduced from 8.0 to 4.0 km;

* Main battery reload time increased from 12.5 to 13.2 s;
* Torpedo parameters were changed:
* Torpedo speed increased from 55 to 64 knots;

* Sigma parameter reduced from 1.9 to 1.8.
German Heavy Cruiser

* Shells' parameters were changed:
* AP shell's maximum damage reduced from 9,400 to 9,100;
* HE and AP shell ballistics were changed: shells will now take a bit longer to reach their target when fired at any distance;
* AP shell armor penetration remains almost the same as before changes.
French Battleship 
VIII Champagne 1939
* Shells' parameters were changed:
* Maximum AP shell damage reduced from 13,200 to 12,100.
* HE/AP Shell Mass reduced from 1085 to 900.
* AP shell armour penetration was reduced ? No changes found.
* The number of "Repair Party" consumables reduced from 4 to 3.
* The size of an attack flight increased from 2 to 3;
* The number of aircraft per squadron increased from 8 to 9
