A winter fairy tale, packed with festive cheer—expect a themed Port, Santa's Gifts, and even a free Tier IX ship.

Set your compass for the North Pole! Starting December 1st, the festivities set sail with festive rewards, free ships, and a sea of surprises! To make navigation easier, access to festive rewards, a free Tier IX ship, Advent Calendar, and other key features of the update can now all be found conveniently in the Update Navigator.

Lets take a look at everything you can get for free!

• A free Tier IX researchable ship, along with two Santa's gift containers and two new permanent camouflages, just for logging in!
• Festive Rewards, AKA Snowflakes! Earn Steel, Coal, and Santa's Gift containers! The more ships you have, the more rewards you'll get.
• Advent Calendar rewards, including Supercontainers, Santa's Gift containers, economic bonuses, Coal, and much more!
• Earn Free XP, Santa's Gift containers, Coal, and Steel from the first progression line of the Event Pass.

Free Santas Gift Container

The display order of the socks randomizes upon each opening of the real money containers page. To successfully acquire the container, you must accurately note the sequence in which the five socks are selected.

How to get your free Tier IX researchable ship?

Starting on December 1st, simply log in to the game client to claim a free Tier IX ship! You'll be able to choose from one of the following: Lepanto, Izumo, Riga, Sejong, or Fletcher. Besides the ship, you will also receive 2 Santa's Gift containers as well as one copy of both the Emerald Snowflakes and Cozy Sweater permanent camouflages. In case you already own the ship you choose, you will instead receive 225,000 Free XP that you may choose to use for unlocking progress on the Tech Tree branch of your choosing!

Make sure to log in to the game client starting from December 1st to claim the rewards, as this event concludes at the end of the month.

Nordlyshavn Port

The first thing you'll notice when logging into Update 14.11 is the return of the beautiful Nordlyshavn Port! Thanks to your suggestions and feedback, it's been lovingly renovated. Let's take a look at what's new!

We heard you, and we've put your ship back in the spotlight! The camera and layout have been updated, and by default, the view now centers on your ship, but you can still zoom in to admire the Christmas Tree or take a closer look at the town.

The Christmas Tree is back and ready to decorate! Like last year, the more ornaments you add, the more the port's festive atmosphere will come alive. This time, there are 24 ornaments across four themes, giving you more options to customize and adapt the tree and the port to your taste. Decorate the tree and the port to earn some rewards!

The way you collect ornaments has also been improved. Progression is now more straightforward and flexible as you'll earn one ornament for every two battles you play, with no daily limits.

Advent Calendar

With December 1st, the daily login rewards are getting an upgrade!

We know how much you enjoy opening the calendar each day, so this year it's been extended through December 31st, giving you even more days of rewards! Each day, you can open a special door to reveal and claim a prize.

This Advent Calendar replaces the standard daily login rewards for the month and even lets you catch up if you miss a day. Just be sure to claim any missed rewards by the following day, or they will no longer be available.

Please note that Update 14.11 will be released before December 1st, so you'll continue receiving regular daily login rewards until then.

Festive Rewards

Ah, the smell of holidays! Hot chocolate, biscuits, candles, and of course… festive rewards!

Festive Rewards, widely known as Snowflakes, are back! The tradition continues, you'll be able to collect rewards just by playing!

Snowflakes will work the same way as they did with Updates 13.11 and 14.8. They will be available for every Tier V and higher ship in your port. To get a snowflake reward from a selected ship, you'll need to cumulatively earn a set amount of Base XP in any Battle Type. To speed up your progress, you can complete the second mission by accumulating 1,000 Base XP in any Battle Type, allowing you to collect snowflakes for multiple ships simultaneously.

The return of Santa's Gifts!

The celebrations wouldn't be the same without the gifts, right?

Starting on December 1st, the beloved Santa's Gift containers will return to the game! You'll find Santa's Gift container and Santa's Mega Gift containers with which you are already familiar. These containers didn't receive any significant changes, except for an update to the ship drop list.

We have removed 16 ships and added 14 new ones (including La Pampa, Sibir, and Incheon), resulting in a slightly reduced total of 143 ships, down from 145 last year. This means you'll have a better chance of receiving one of the new ships! Plus, some of the removed ships can still be acquired through direct purchase in the Armory.

Update 14.11 will bring a new addition, Santa's Ultra Gift container! This container is a collector's dream, offering three reward slots with higher chances for rare ships, Doubloons and Golden Gift containers, more Coal, Elite Commander XP, and economic bonuses. Please note the Santa's Ultra Gift container will only be obtainable for real money and will only be available for the month of December, which is a shorter period than the other containers.

We are also returning the Golden Gift container from the previous year with a new appearance and container contents! It will contain a variety of valuable rewards such as Research Points, Steel, unique expendable bonuses, new Naval Legacy ship - Roma Aeterna, as well as ships Bremen, Hawaii, and Aki, and their golden versions!

You will also be able to obtain the regular versions of Bremen, Hawaii, and Aki during the Steel Fleet event in Update 14.11.

The Golden Gift container can only be dropped from Santa's Gift, Santa's Mega Gift, and Santa's Ultra Gift containers.

About the Guaranteed Drop System

Remember that each type of Gift container, like all other containers, has a guaranteed drop mechanic for ships only. That means there is no guaranteed drop mechanic for Doubloons or, for example, Golden Gift containers. To receive a guaranteed ship, you'll need to open 10 Golden Gift containers, 100 Santa's Gift containers, 15 Santa's Mega Gift containers, or 7 Santa's Ultra Gift containers, respectively.

This year's Santa's containers and Golden Gift containers, just like each year, will have their own guaranteed drop counters, not connected to the previous year's Santa's containers.

Before we move on from containers, we've also increased the maximum number of containers of one type you can store on your account to 200.

Roma Aeterna is a Tier VIII battleship based on Roma, with a camouflage that takes inspiration from damage she took in battles.

Owners of Roma Aeterna will get a bonus: access to the NEW four-piece collection. Completion of this collection will award players with:

• The historical Italian commander Carlo Bergamini, with enhanced skills:
  • For destroyers, cruisers, and aircraft carriers: an improved Swift Fish skill that increases torpedo speed by +7%.
  • For destroyers, cruisers, and battleships: an improved Gun Feeder skill that reduces shell type switching time by 60%.
• Roma Aeterna flag
• Collection achievement

Christmas Tokens

When you purchase Santa containers for real money, you will receive a bonus - Christmas Tokens. Christmas Tokens can be used to obtain additional themed items, including some NEW arrivals:

Enemy destruction effects: Spectral Eel, Icebreaker, and Aurora

Polar Ice Caps permanent camouflage for Östergötland, Hermes, NEW Orleans, and Constellation

• White and Gold permanent camouflage for Rochester, Iowa, and Montana

The container simulator is also back, allowing you to gap the time between now and the event start by pretending to open containers.
