This year sees the United States Navy celebrate its 250th Anniversary. We're marking this momentous date with a special event that will empower you to build your own Naval Base, Liberty Harbor, while exploring the glorious pages of American naval history. The main hero of Liberty Harbor is a newly promoted officer who visits his home, finds his toy naval base, and begins rebuilding it while recalling lessons and histories about the United States Navy he learned from his father.

Mark the anniversary milestone with commemorative and special rewards that salute the US Navy's proud traditions.

To build the base, you'll need to construct four areas, each serving its own purpose. Naval Command and Operational Command will provide combat missions for specific battle types, the Military Port will let you send your ships on Expeditions, and the Fuel Terminal will let you take on additional missions in other areas. Expeditions will require you to assemble a fleet from the ships in your Port according to certain requirements. Note that even while a ship is on an Expedition, you can still deploy it in any battles.

Completing combat missions and sending your ships on Expeditions will earn you the necessary Naval Base Supplies to build and upgrade Liberty Harbor areas. Each area has three levels, starting with the initial construction, and 10 intermediate stages. Levels improve the visuals and area functionality—such as letting you dispatch your fleets on more challenging and rewarding Expeditions—and allow you to progress through the event. Intermediate stages slightly enhance the area's income.

Rewards

Building the entire base will let you claim new U.S. cruiser VIII Bridgeport for free Ship Page, and along the way, you can pick up quite a variety of rewards, including fresh themed content like the Navy 250th Anniversary flag, the "Blue, Gold, and White" permanent camouflage, Commander John Barry, and the Battle Line of the Pacific permanent camouflage for X Montana.

Participating in the event will also bring you pieces of the new Liberty Harbor historical collection. Complete it to obtain seasoned Commander David Farragut with 10 skill points and an achievement.
