After colliding with a destroyer in 1956, she underwent restoration, receiving a new bow section from her unfinished sister ship, USS Kentucky. Since 2001, Wisconsin has been a museum ship permanently berthed in Norfolk.

- The shipbuilding process consists of 30 phases, and 28 of them can be progressed through by completing Dockyard combat missions. These missions will be available from the start of Update 13.3 until the end of Update 13.4. The Dockyard will remain available in the Port until the release of Update 13.6.
- You can also progress through shipbuilding phases by purchasing them for 2,100 per phase.
- At the beginning of the process, you can purchase Dockyard Starter Packs: 2 shipbuilding phases in exchange for 3.200 or 9 shipbuilding phases in exchange for 12,000 Doubloons. These packs will only be available to purchase before the point in time when you complete five shipbuilding phases by finishing combat missions.
- This means that if you complete all combat missions, you'll only need to purchase two more phases to obtain X USS Wisconsin and getting the smaller starter pack is the cheapest way to get her.
- This time, you can obtain more than one ship through the Dockyard! When you reach phase 20, VII W. Virginia will be waiting for you. She's another veteran of the Pacific campaign, so don't miss this opportunity to add her to your collection. If you already own VII W.
