On the "WG Portal Page" you will see the button like the one in the image below, click it.

In-game you will be rewarded with a Scharnhorst Patch.

You will also be rewarded with "10x Progress Points", you can redeem these points in the in-game port then by clicking on the left "Holidays in Santa City".
