S-1: Soviet Tier VI Submarine 1936
The Soviet Navy's first truly ocean-going submarines were based on a German design developed by a front company in the Netherlands for Spain. For their size, the boats had quite powerful armament, including four bow and two stern torpedo tubes. A trial series of three units (IX series) was commissioned from 1936 through 1938. One of the submarines was sunk during the Winter War; the rest, including S-1, were lost in the first days after Germany invaded the U.S.S.R. in June 1941.

Welcome Soviet submarine
VI S-1. She is a surface hunter, utilizing fast speed and deadly unguided torpedoes to conduct attacks from stealth at medium to long ranges. She can provide effective support for their teammates with a variant of the Submarine Surveillance consumable that boasts the best range for the type.
Enhanced acceleration compared to other submarines will help these Soviets keep their distance but just note that this sub has low dive capacity and a poor submerged speed, if forced to dive, dive capacity will be easy to run down!
How to obtain will be added as soon as details are available.
