L-20: Soviet Tier VIII Submarine 1942
The last group of L-class minelaying submarines (XIII-38 series). The boats' torpedo armament consisted of eight tubes—six in the bow, two in the stern. Five of the six submarines were commissioned, two of which were lost during World War II. The lead boat of the series was sunk during nuclear weapons tests in 1957.

Welcome Soviet submarine
VIII L-20. She is a surface hunter, utilizing fast speed and deadly unguided torpedoes to conduct attacks from stealth at medium to long ranges. She can provide effective support for their teammates with a variant of the Submarine Surveillance consumable that boasts the best range for the type.
Enhanced acceleration compared to other submarines will help these Soviets keep their distance but just note that this sub has low dive capacity and a poor submerged speed, if forced to dive, dive capacity will be easy to run down!
How to obtain will be added as soon as details are available.
