  • Added the Engine Boost consumable.
  • Main battery sigma parameter increased from 1.5 to 1.6.
  • Main battery firing range with the stock Gun Fire Control System module increased from 16.5 to 17.1 km.
The above changes will be applied in CT 0.11.5
Currently, WG have 2 possible gameplay concepts for British battlecruisers including Hawke:
  • Medium-close range brawlers with short firing ranges, torpedoes with high damage but small launch sectors, secondary guns with a high chance to set fires, as well as quick acceleration and manoeuvrability characteristics. At the same time, they would have average accuracy and HE penetration values. The deck armor is the same as that of British heavy cruisers. Available consumables would include Engine Boost, Defensive AA Fire, and Repair Party.
  • Long-range ships with high accuracy and powerful HE and AP shells. Equipped with Engine Boost, Defensive AA Fire and a standard Repair Party. They would however not have improved manoeuvrability and powerful armor.

These British battlecruisers will benefit from the new Torpedo turning mechanic. This mechanic is based on a method used in real life to correct the course of a torpedo after launch. In the game, the mechanic serves to expand the aiming possibilities for ships with limited or fixed torpedo tube angles, as it allows for launching torpedoes in directions that the tubes themselves cannot physically turn towards. Immediately after launch, torpedoes will change course towards a selected direction and continue in a straight line.
