CT 0.11.3: Changes to Petropavlovsk and Tashkent - Freeboards
WG will be making closed test changes to the parameters of Petropavlovsk and Tashkent, the reason is based on analysis of the ships combat efficiency and your feedback. These changes were required in order to carefully adjust the balance of selected warships. Further changes may follow in future updates, should they be required.
X Petropavlovsk
- freeboard was changed: the ship is risen by 0.5 meters.
