The fourth ship of the U.S. Navy carrying the name Ohio was designed as one of the Montana-class battleships, and was officially ordered in July, 1940. |

Main Characteristics of Ohio.
Ohio is a project of an American battleship carrying 457 mm guns. Being a further development of the ideas embodied in Georgia, Ohio is a high-speed battleship with a few large-caliber guns and strong secondary artillery.
- Eight 457 mm guns that are capable of dealing significant damage with their AP shells.
- Her powerful and accurate secondary armament makes her an effective fighter at short and medium ranges. Having applied the appropriate upgrades, Commander skills, and signal flags, the range of her secondary armament can be increased to 11.3 km.
- Her decent armour and anti-torpedo protection reduces the damage from any torpedoes that hit the ship by –37%.
- She carries the Repair Party consumable with an accelerated cooldown (40 seconds for the enhanced version).
- Cheaper post-battle service cost compared to researchable Tier X ships, and a permanent camouflage that adds a bonus of +100% XP per battle, +20% credits per battle, and reduces the cost of your ship's post-battle service by 50%.

Reinforcing the priority AA sector occurs in four phases:
(1) Upon activating the priority AA sector, the AA defences will cause instantaneous damage to enemy squadrons, expressed as a percentage of their current HP, and try to shoot down as many aircraft as possible.
(2) A phase in which the ship's continuous AA damage within the selected sector gradually increases, during which the efficiency of the opposite sector's AA fire reduces.
(3) Having reached maximum efficiency, the reinforced AA sector deals damage to its full extent for a limited period of time.
(4) AA sector reinforcement is deactivated. To use AA sector reinforcement once again, you have to wait until the end of the cooldown period, during which the efficiency of the ship’s AA defences returns to standard values.
