Update 15.8 celebrates 11 years since the game's release on 17 September 2015. The update will be full of Anniversary festivities which, of course, will include plenty of rewards and activities to participate in. Also expect a new Dockyard kicking off this year's Black Friday, three new low-tier Operations, and the next Clan Battles season.

The collection is dedicated to Pascual Cervera y Topete, a Spanish Vice Admiral who commanded a squadron at the Battle of Santiago de Cuba in 1898, a defining engagement of the Spanish-American War. Although the engagement ended in defeat for Spain, the courage with which he fought against superior forces garnered admiration on both sides, and he was greeted in his homeland as a hero. Now he takes his place in World of Warships as Spain's Unique Commander.
