Who was Pascual Cervera y Topete?

Pascual Cervera y Topete (1839–1909) was a Vice Admiral in the Spanish Navy who devoted over 50 years to his naval career, spanning from the decline of the Age of Sail to the dawn of the dreadnought era. During the Spanish–American War of 1898, Admiral Cervera led his squadron at the Battle of Santiago de Cuba in a gallant but desperate attempt to break through the U.S. fleet's blockade. The courage with which he fought against overwhelmingly superior forces aroused admiration in both the United States and Spain, earning him recognition as a national hero upon his return homeland.

Unique Talents

🔥 Talent: "Resuelto"

Triggers up to 4 times per battle whenever you earn 2 "Destroyed" and/or "Assisted in Destruction" ribbons. Each activation permanently reduces:

• Main Battery reload time: -2.5%
• Torpedo Tubes reload time: -2.5%
• Aircraft preparation time: -2.5%

🛡️ Talent: "La Orden Será Cumplida"

Triggers the first time your ship's HP reaches 75%, 50%, and 25% (up to 3 times per battle). Each activation grants:

• Partly restores lost HP: 300 HP per ship tier over 10 seconds
• Damage Control Party reload time: -3%
• Repair Party reload time: -3%
• Other consumable reload times: -6%

*Note: If your ship loses a large chunk of HP quickly, this talent can trigger two or three times simultaneously, stacking all effects!
