#Sevastopol is very strong! While AA and HE are not so great, it has very low det range (11Km), which allows you to show up unexpectedly and citadel maybe cruisers that thinks they are spotted by a DD. Damage control party quickly reloading, Heal so long lasting, and a good armour completes the picture. It's much better than Siegfried. Find below Supersubway's setup (same as Petro, Stalin etc)
