  1. Just played against this in my old Svietlana - each new line seems to have more and more gimmicks, so the game won't be balanced ever again. Seriously, spotter plane at T4? Why not smoke and bombers as well? Phoenix, Danae, Karlsruhe - look at them. They look naked compared to De Ruyter.

    1. I kind of agree, it would be more suited at T5.
      when WG introduced the ship on April 8th and I read the specs, I had a feeling then it was too powerful for T4, but the ship is still WIP, and feedback from players as well as testers may see some nerfs.
