- Maximum time to reach a designated area: Reduced. It is now similar to that of other aircraft carriers across all ranges.
- Fighter Aircraft HP: High (Experimental) → Standard (Similar to other Tier-equivalent CVs)

- Bonus to Evasive Maneuvers consumable action time: 20% → 10%
Developer Note: These adjustments bring the new US hybrid/support carriers more in line with global averages for fighter performance, ensuring they don't over-perform in air denial compared to their peers.
