0.11.1 Technical Issues - Game Login and Client Crashes to be Fixed by the end of February 23rd

WG would like to share a status update on their work to fix technical problems some players are facing.

 

Latest Update!!
Some players using mods could have encountered an issue which prevents you from entering the battle after the loading screen. It is happening because of the conflict between mods and the latest fix deployed to remove an issue leading to client crashes.

 

Right now WG can offer two possible workarounds for this situation:

1. Either fully removing all mods and then conducting an integrity check. Do not install mods after that, or the loading screen issue will be back. In this case anti-crashes fix will be in place.
2. Or reinstalling all the mods. However, the fix against crashes won’t work and, most importantly, any integrity check will bring back the issue with loading screen, and it will require reinstalling the mods again.

WG understand that this is a big inconvenience, and we are working on a fix for the situation

 

Game Login:

Starting in Update 0.11.0, WG found that the time it takes for the game to launch had significantly increased. They have already come up with a solution that should shorten this time for most players. The fix will be applied between today and tomorrow to all servers.

Client Crashes:

With the release of 0.11.1, some players experienced an increase in game client crashes. In order to fix this, players will need to download a small patch which will also become available within 1 day.
