Peredovoy - Tier X Soviet Destroyer
Project 48, also known as the Kiev-class destroyers, was a planned class for the Soviet Navy in the years leading up to the Second World War. Two hulls remained incomplete by the war’s end and were later considered for completion under a modified design incorporating lessons learned during the conflict.
