1. Rarity System Expansion & UI Streamlining
The 5-tier Rarity System (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary) has been expanded to cover visual items like patches, flags, and decals.

New Cosmetic Rarity Guidelines:
- Common & Uncommon: Standard, national, and historical items.
- Rare & Epic: Event rewards and collaboration cosmetics.
- Legendary: Reserved for select, highly exclusive items.
- Ship Alignment: Cosmetics tied to Premium or Special ships inherit that ship's rarity.
2. Introduction of Legendary Economic Bonuses
Economic bonuses now feature a top-tier Legendary grade. Previously, the old Epic Free XP bonus (+7,200%) was a massive outlier compared to other Epic bonuses, so it has been rebalanced into this new tier.

3. What Happens to Your Existing Boosters?
If you already had Epic Free XP boosters saved up before Update 15.7, you won't lose value. Here is how the conversion works:

When 15.7 launches, all your old Epic Free XP (+7,200%) boosters turn into Exchange Tokens at a 1:1 ratio.

Step 2: Choose Your Bonuses (During 15.7)
In Update 15.7, you can spend these tokens in the Armory to pick ANY Legendary Economic Bonus (Credits, Ship XP, Commander XP, or Free XP) at a 1:1 rate.

If you don't spend your Exchange Tokens during Update 15.7, they will automatically convert into new Legendary Free XP (+7,200%) bonuses when Update 15.8 releases.
