One of the versions of a project of a small light cruiser (MLK-8-152). Her main battery artillery consisted of dual-purpose 152 mm mounts developed in the U.S.S.R. in the mid-1940s.

Description
Ochakov is one of the draft projects of a small light cruiser developed for the Soviet Navy after World War II. Her main armament comprises dual-purpose 152 mm guns. In World of Warships, she resides at Tier VIII and represents the Soviet Navy. Her main features are her rapid-firing artillery, low detectability, and the wide variety of consumables she has access to.
Key Features
* Eight 152 mm guns in four turrets. Her relatively small number of guns is compensated for by a short reload time for their calibre—just 6.1 seconds
* Two quintuple-tube 533 mm torpedo launchers with a range of 8 km
* Excellent concealment. With the appropriate upgrades and Commander skills, the cruiser's detectability can be reduced to 9.1 km
* She has access to a wide variety of consumables: Surveillance Radar, Defensive AA Fire, and Hydroacoustic Search in separate slots
* The ship's main protection is provided by her manoeuvrability and concealment but her armour is relatively weak, even for a light cruiser
* She earns more credits per battle, and her permanent camouflage adds a 50% XP bonus per battle and reduces the ship's post-battle service cost by 10%
