Some Good, Some Bad, Nothing Fantastic:
You will either hate Lazo or Love her..
The Hull/Citadel: The usual fragile hull of a Soviet cruiser, but slightly better than Shchors, you wouldn't want to get too close to BB's .
The Guns: Are superb and accurate with great velocity, The range is probably the greatest thing about Lazo, enemy DD's would do well to stay out of site of this ship, HE shells are great with a 12% COF..
Turret Traverse: At 25s to turn 180 is good enough to save you skill points.
AA: Seemed Average for me, If you shoot 10 planes in 1 battle, you did well.
Secondaries: poor, but she is a light cruiser.
Manoeuvrability: Fairly good but not as good as Shchors.
Concealment: At 13.2 km, find an island ASAP.
Overall: Lazo is one of those ships that has a TT ship of the same tier (Shchors) that can match her for just about everything. because she is a premium ship, she will be a good earner in Scenarios.
Would I recommend buying her: 1500 Soviet Arc tokens will get her free with some hard work to earn them.

One of the light cruisers that were planned for construction under the "Big Ocean-Going Fleet" (project 68). The ship's large dimensions allowed to accommodate twelve 152 mm main battery guns and provide quite strong Armour protection.
